Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

TeslaSync is operated by Alluring Code, LDA, a company registered in Portugal. By accessing or using the TeslaSync service ("Service"), available at teslasync.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Service Description

TeslaSync provides automated retrieval and organization of Tesla charging invoices through Tesla's official APIs. The Service allows users to:

  • Connect their Tesla account via Tesla's secure login (OAuth)
  • Automatically retrieve and store charging invoices
  • Download invoices individually as PDFs
  • Download invoices in bulk (ZIP) and export CSV (Premium features)
  • View charts and analytics, and label vehicles (Premium features)
  • Receive email notifications for new charging invoices, including monthly digests (Premium feature)

3. Account and Authentication

To use the Service, you must authenticate through Tesla's official OAuth system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. TeslaSync does not store your Tesla username or password; we only store the access tokens provided by Tesla's authorization flow.

You may disconnect your Tesla account and revoke access at any time through the dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service beyond its intended functionality
  • Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Free and Premium Tiers

The Service offers a free tier with limited functionality and a premium tier with additional features. Free-tier limitations include daily PDF download limits. Premium features (such as CSV export, bulk ZIP downloads, charts, vehicle labels, automatic email delivery, and TeslaSync Premium subscription invoices) are described on the Features and pricing pages and may be adjusted at our discretion.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe and are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid billing period.

6. Data and Invoices

Invoice data retrieved through the Service originates from Tesla's systems. Alluring Code, LDA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of invoice data provided by Tesla. We store charging-invoice metadata and PDF documents to enable download and notification features. For Premium subscribers, we also store TeslaSync subscription invoice records and PDF documents issued for your TeslaSync payments.

You retain all rights to your invoice data. Upon account deletion or request, your data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Tesla's official APIs and may use third-party email delivery and payment providers (including Stripe). These integrations are subject to the respective third parties' terms of service. Alluring Code, LDA is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy modifications by Tesla or other third-party providers.

TeslaSync is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including changes to Tesla's APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alluring Code, LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Tesla account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
